This is the Jade Garden in Tsuen Wan MTR station.
Originally, it was the Caesar Cinema. And was converted from Cinema into Chiu Kwong Chun, and then some 4 years ago, Maxim group converted it from Chiu Kwong Chun into the Jade Garden. The dishes is typical Maxim standard… nothing special Cantonese! but the place is magnificent! Especially you go for a Marriage Dinner party!
You see the height of the restaurant! It is very huge like a Concert hall. I still remember I was one of the THREE people who watched the last showing movie on the last day it closed the movie business. I forget the name of the film, might be an X-rated movie… hmm!
The Front portion was actually the screen of the Caesar Cinema.

It is just 2 minutes walking distance away from Tsuen Wan MTR station Exit C.

Likely The best Dom Yam Kung in Cebu

There is a Thai restaurant at Marina Mall some 3 Km away from Cebu Airport. The Dom Yam Kung is exceptional delicious... You should order this when you come across this restaurant and if you like Thai food, but other dishes are not Authentic Thai at all.

The Most Expensive Hamburger in TST

Well, Why I said the most expensive Hamburger, it contains the meaning that it is not worth it.

For a Set of Hamburger which they said contains Australia Waygu Beef, some French Fries, and a Vanila Milk Shakes. It took me HKD$178.00 after 10% it is almost HKD$200.00

And It was not as good as Macdonal Hamburger. Well this is another Big hot Hi Tea selection restaurant located at Tsim Sha Tsui between Ocean Terminal and Ocean Centre. We have to queue up. It is BLT Berger.

I took a glass of hosue Red wife, total amount I paid was over HKD$350.00

Well, I think I will not go back again!

Toyaha Jumbo Water Melon

This is a Jumbo Water Melon imported from Japan, Available at Great Super Martket at Pacific Place. Price is HKD$1280.00, more expensive that the Square Water Melon. Taste? Well, I will not buy as that is for consumption of min, 10 people. I would rather go for a bottle of Rather Good Red wine at this price. Instead I bought some Japanese peach on left of the Water Melon. About HKD$80 each, that is rather affordabe for me.

What do you expect that you can get with HKD$250 inclusive 10% service Charge for 2 persons Hi Tea in central of HK!? Well, this is it... The Carousel of Cakes, Dim Sum, Siu Mai with touches of Shark Fins and a Abalone as topping Spring Rolls is served hot.... Plus one two Drinks... at a Place where the Price of a square Foot of space is about HKD$40,000.00! Cheap! But you get to queue up and register... the line is quite long. Probably you can meet some of the City Celebrities and movies stars, note those with Sun Glasses!

This is so far the most expensive Water Melon I have seen, selling at a Supermarket at Kowloon Tong MTR Shopping Complex.

They also sell Some Japanese Grape, 1.5 Pound at HKD$888.00

Sam Dou Fish

In My humble opinion, Sam Dou could be the Most Delicious Steamed Fish.
This is the so Called “Sam Dou Fish” very hard to find, and very expensive, a fish of length of about 8” (weight about 10 taels) will cost about HKD$1,200.00 if you order at Prince Restaurant at Peking One, canton Road. Similar Fish you can find at Tao Yuan Mei Foo Sun Chuen at about HKD$800.00. and may be HKD$600 at Sam Sin Tsuen near Tsuen Mun. But usually these kinds of fish would not be easy to find.
And normally you have to order in advance one day at Prince restaurant,
So Far the best steamed fish is Prince as they use the virgin soya sauce mixed with water at certain ratio, put some chicken essence, sugar and stir under mild temperature. They use good quality oil and they service the soya sauce and oil in tow separate bowls. Instead on put it on the steamed fish.
If you like fish, you have to go for this.

Stinky Tofu is Typical Chinese Food, why it is South East Asian food!? Hong Kong has just Egg tart and French Toast? I like Thai food, part of the reason why my wives are. Thai. But Do you know the Yam Pla Too foo is so much tasteful which is better than the Som Tam and even Tom Yam Goong, but I could not find it out from the list.
Well USA is Winningest for 7 items, Thailand for 4. I have no question on Thailand as their food is fantastic, but USA! I doubt! USA has not much of its own cooking culture.
France, only the Croissant? China has just Peking Duck, which is one of my most dislike items out of ten, How about Hong Kong Roast goose!? Anyway, do not take it so seriously and do appreciate your taste and choose the best food you like.
