Likely one of the best Wanton noodles in HK

This is one of the best Wanton Noodles in HK.

I had remembered that I had been eating Wanton Noodles with just $0.3 a bowl.

It was in early 70s. in Tung Tau Estate Block 22, the wanton noodles contain only 3 pieces of Wanton
It contains shrimp, pork and some fat.
Later on, they increased from $0.3 to $0.5 a Bowl, later $1.0...then the price of Wanton Noodles started to increase exponentially...

Now you can eat the same noodles with $48. This is the shop running by this Grand student of Ip Man.

You should go and try,  there is no MSG, nor Aji No Moto... You will like it, the Wanton is small, it is not like those size of a frog that would possibly suffocate you. There is some pork inside. the noodles is so Crunchy that you may need a knife!

Remember to eat Noodles first...my way to eat noodles.
Drink the soup!

Location is 164 Shanghai Street.

The Appeitzer is better as I could finish it all.

Jia Jiang Mee in Alabang

Advised by group of Korean Customer to attend this little local Korean Restaurant for their Jia Jiang Mee.

Waited for 30 minutes to have this plate of Nozzle, look like spaghetti, so called Korean Kang Nam Style Jia Jiang Mee, Black bean sources, with a lot union, carrot, beef, and other kinds of spice, it is a bit spicy that I ordered.

"Sweet" is the main source of taste I can feel, the noodle was over cook and lost it bit crunchy texture I like. But Korean may like the softness of the over cooked noodles, Overall, It is OK but not too exciting.  The Taste is HEAVY!

The Best Ho Fun in Town Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong

This is likely one of the best Beef ho Fun in Town, you can select the best part of the beef when you order! They use no Aji-no-moto (MSG) in the soup, so the taste is light in my scale of SALTY, but that is the only way to taste the beef, if the soup is saltly, there is no way to eat at all, and most of all, you would not feel neck pain nor thirsty after the noodles, price is Right! just there are limited supply of the
best "Ngo Hang Lamn" Yummy!
Localtion, Hip Wo Street, Tsuen Wan, N.T. HK
