Tai Hing has been running the Roasted Goose and Char Siu for many year in Tsuen Wan, right beside Wing Wah Lap Cheung. They moved to the corner just opposite Standard Chartered Back as a Tai Pai Tang operation,
From our side, you can see a very clean and beautiful window displaying those Roasted Goose and Char Siu, Roasted Pig...that make you mouth watering.
Since Chui Wah does not have these Chinese Roasted Goose, Char Siu, Tai Hing has certain advantage over Chui Wah.
Price for a plate of Roasted Goose, (left side) is HKD$51.00, please a Red bean Ice Cream add another HKD$10.00. It is not cheap at all. But the Roasted Goose is nice, not having the Century oil smell, the meat is tender and juice. Recommended for a winter Lunch. The Char Siu is too healthy, too dry, So if you take Char siu, you can ask for more fat...or better don't eat it..
